I lead projects end to end, from requirement analysis and technical architecture through development, database design and delivery, and I stay hands-on in the code.
For the last 15 years I have built and run a multi-country e-commerce platform on .NET, React, SQL Server and AWS, taking it from the UK into Germany, Ireland, France, Spain, Italy and Portugal, while leading a team of 10+ developers.
Before that I worked as a contractor and in permanent roles across e-commerce, telecoms, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing, from SMS platforms in Dubai to Visto Mobile apps used by Vodafone and T-Mobile.

I use AI as a force multiplier, not a gimmick. These are things I build and run today.
I use Claude Code (CLI) and OpenAI Codex as agentic pair-programmers on a large .NET, SQL Server and ERP codebase, connected to Jira and production monitoring, with guard-rails so humans approve every release.
I built end-to-end pipelines that generate images, video and original music with Grok and Google's Gemini, Veo and Lyria models, assemble them with FFmpeg and publish to YouTube, Instagram and Facebook through their APIs, with spend tracked per item.
I make websites easy for AI assistants and search agents to use, with llms.txt, schema.org structured data, agent-friendly forms and Lighthouse Agentic Browsing checks.
I connect large language models to real business systems through their APIs, in Python and .NET, keeping costs, privacy and failure handling under control.
